Moxy Allentown Downtown

Check in was smooth with the assistance of front desk agent Aaron. Greeted with vibrant and warming energy inside. Upon arrival the bar is behind the desk and you get one complimentary drink of choice with a token. Valet service was above and beyond. Thank you, Miguel for being so kind and showing great service and hospitality. Rooms were accurate in looks and sizing. Shower was very nice. Only sad that I don’t get the city view. But I love the ambience of the place. Definitely staying here again!!

My wife and I had such an amazing experience at The Moxy! We met Zach the Bar Manager and he really made our experience worth it. It's my Wife's Birthday so I'm extremely happy about that! We will definitely come back on my Birthday

This is based solely on the bar in the lobby! This is a trendy and instagrammable bar 10/10 for looks! I went looking for good drinks - I thought a bar with this type of decor would have some trendy / cool drinks! They had average drinks, and I didn't like anything on the menu. I requested a Moscow Mule - they were out of ginger beer and tried to substitute it with club soda and let me try it to see if I'd like it. It was terrible - the bartender felt so bad he didn't charge me for it and then I just stuck with a beer. I did hold onto the mule so I could take a picture with it. Then, we were able to move around from the bar all around the lobby. This place had beautiful seating, an curtained off area with a Zoltar reader (pictured), cool spots to see and then we could even sit in the regular hotel lobby which had curtained off areas for private conversations. The seating options were endless. We went on a Friday night before a hockey game, there was a wedding happening across the street, so the wedding party was inside this bar drinking, and it still didn't feel packed. They had a small snack menu available but I didn't try anything! I will definitely go back during the warmer months! Points off because the bartenders were a bit stand offish and it took forever to get a drink - only for them not to have ginger beer.

Perfect location. Fun vibe in the hotel. Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby area. Walking distance to a lot of great food and drinks or short Uber Valet service was excellent. Will stay again.

Hit The Moxy after a work event. Was not disappointed. Loved the bar and the modern vibes. Our bartender, Zach was great. He kept the drinks coming while being pleasant and engaging in conversation with everyone. Would definitely do it again. Thanks guys!

Most unique hotel I've ever been too! Ironic circus theme throughout the hotel, but minimalistic theme in the rooms. Very cool artwork and amenities. Perfect for couples or groups of friends. Convenient location in downtown allentown.

Moxy Allentown Downtown I am here until 2 but had to stop and share because this place is an absolute vibe. From the moment you walk in the hotel feels playful stylish and intentionally different in the best way. The animal theme is gorgeous and whimsical with carousel tiger energy bold art and framed animal portraits with actual viewfinders you can look through. It is interactive clever and genuinely fun. The lobby feels more like a cool lounge than a hotel complete with a sultry fortune teller setup and cozy fire pits. There is a great outdoor area that would be amazing in warmer weather but sadly there was too much snow during our stay. Even so the atmosphere inside was warm and inviting. The little details really seal the deal. In our room there was a super cool logo and photo design where you could pull off a copy to take home almost like a notepad souvenir. It was such a smart unexpected touch and those small surprises are everywhere making the experience feel thoughtful and curated. Service was excellent throughout friendly relaxed and welcoming without being overbearing. Everything felt cozy but elevated social without being loud and stylish without trying too hard. If you like hotels with personality creativity and a sense of humor this Moxy absolutely delivers. Gorgeous fun and memorable and we would absolutely stay again preferably when we can enjoy the outdoor space without snow boots

Stayed the weekend and loved it. LeoMary checked me in and told me all about the hotel. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was amazing! Loved the paintings and just everything about the lobby and rooms. What made this a 15/10 stay was actually the valet. Miguel was top notch, quick, kind and so helpful. He was always there and just jumped to help not just with valet but anything else I had questions on. Great customer service Miguel.
